By using agentshortlist.com (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. We've tried to write these in plain English. If a clause is unclear, get in touch and we'll either fix the wording or explain what it means.

1. The information is provided as-is

Everything on this Site — platform reviews, comparisons, pricing data, decision guides, articles, calculators, and any other content — is provided for general informational purposes only. We publish what we believe to be true at the time of writing, based on our own testing, public vendor information, and our editorial judgment.

The AI agent space changes weekly. Pricing changes. Features ship. Vendors pivot. Models get deprecated. We do our best to keep the Site current — pricing is audited daily and most platform reviews are refreshed at least quarterly — but we cannot guarantee that any specific piece of information is current, complete, or accurate at the moment you read it.

Use the information on this Site at your own risk. Before making any business or technical decision based on what you read here, verify the current state of the relevant product directly with the vendor.

2. Not professional advice

Nothing on this Site is legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, security, compliance, medical, or other professional advice. The cost calculators, ROI estimators, and pricing comparisons are illustrative — they are not a substitute for working with a qualified professional who knows your specific situation.

If you are making a decision with material legal, financial, or regulatory consequences, consult an appropriately qualified advisor.

3. No warranties

The Site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Agent Shortlist, its publisher, its author, Growth 8020, or any affiliated party be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses — arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the information on it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that don't allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Third-party links and products

The Site links to third-party websites, vendors, products, and services. We don't control these third parties and aren't responsible for their content, pricing, terms, privacy practices, or anything else about them. Linking to a third party isn't an endorsement of everything they do — it's a pointer to information relevant to what you're reading.

If you purchase a product or service from a third party we mention, your transaction is between you and that third party. We have no involvement in or responsibility for it.

6. Affiliate and editorial disclosure

As of the date above, the Site does not run sponsored content and does not receive payment for reviews. If and when we add affiliate relationships or sponsorships, we'll disclose them clearly on the relevant pages and update this section. Affiliate relationships, if any, will never determine which platforms appear in our reviews, where they rank, or what we say about them.

7. Email subscriptions

If you submit your email address through any signup form on the Site, you consent to receiving occasional emails about updates, new articles, and changes in the AI agent space. We use Resend to manage subscriber data and send any emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. See our privacy policy for more on how we handle data.

8. Intellectual property

Editorial content on the Site — articles, reviews, comparisons, decision guides, and related copy — is © Agent Shortlist / Growth 8020 unless otherwise noted. You may quote excerpts for commentary, criticism, news reporting, or similar fair-use purposes with attribution and a link to the source page. You may not republish substantial portions of the content without permission.

The model pricing dataset published at github.com/lucaspowell8020/ai-agent-pricing is released under the CC BY 4.0 license. You may use it freely with attribution.

Vendor product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this Site does not imply endorsement by them of us or by us of them beyond what we explicitly write in our reviews.

9. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to: (a) attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Site or its infrastructure; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any non-public portion of the Site; (c) scrape or programmatically reproduce content in violation of the intellectual property terms above; (d) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (e) submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We won't notify you individually about updates, so check back here periodically if it matters to you.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the publisher is principally located, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that location.
